Nina Sodhi » CEO, Blu Trumpet
Nina is a seasoned start-up exec and has a strong history of building and scaling early-stage companies. She is currently the founder and CEO of Blu Trumpet LLC, a mobile advertising company incubated at IAC. Before Blu Trumpet, Nina was the COO of BumpTop (acquired by Google), COO of Gamook, and was a Program Manager at several companies including Avogadro (acquired by OpenWave), OnDevice (acquired by KeyNote Systems), Cordant Systems and Microsoft. Between tech companies, Nina was a VP at Merrill Lynch in their technology investment banking group for 3 years where she worked on a number of tech IPOs and M&A transactions.
Nina holds a B.A.Sc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Blu Trumpet is a monetization and distribution platform for mobile apps. The company specializes in CPI (cost per install) advertising; publishers earn higher eCPMs and advertisers get the most out of their marketing dollars. Blu Trumpet was incubated in Hatch Labs, and is based in New York City and Toronto.
